The coordinator of the project, Art centre NOASS, is one of the oldest cultural NGOs in Latvia, founded back in 1998, with the capacity to produce its own cultural and event programme and host partner projects. NOASS stands out with an extensive field of work in visual arts; cultural event organization; preservation of art collections, incl. of the Video Art Archive of Latvia database, collection of the Naive Art Museum of Latvia, which is at a status of national heritage; workshops; public lectures and discussions; science and cross industries project realisation; operating a community building.

Creative District is a non-profit organization that revitalizes vacant spaces by implementing projectswith societal values and local anchorage, related to the creative and cultural industries, to revivethem and (re) create an economic activity. The organisation is located in Belgium where it develops solutions for the reappropriation of public space by citizens-users or by public institutions. Creative District supports entrepreneurship in the creative and cultural industries. It is recognized asa public utility, its purpose is to develop tools and projects to boost and enhance the creation of jobs in this sector.

Institute of Entrepreneurship Development (iED) is a Greek non-profit organisation committed to the promotion of innovation and the enhancement of the entrepreneurial spirit. Established in 2005, iED is a certified leading Center of Excellence in European entrepreneurship and a fast-growing Digital Innovation Hub, registered as member of the European Commission's catalogue of DIHs, that recognizes entrepreneurship as a crucial factor for the future of sustainable development and cohesion of societies.
