Needs Analysis & Training Design
Due to the pandemic, the Cultural & Creative Sectors have had high unemployment rates in the EU. These educational frameworks will provide young artists with the necessary knowledge to increase their economic potential, focusing on artists that come from marginalized groups or facing economic difficulties.
The partnership tries to familiarize the Culture & Creative Sectors professionals with the modern art world reality and the relevant job market difficulties and inequalities that young artists must surpass. An informative session will be held for the art professionals in each one of the 3 participating countries. At least 15 workshops and seminars across Greece, Latvia and Belgium will be organized to train the youth in innovative employment skills.
Participants from marginalized groups or facing social difficulties will be equally represented in the group. The subject of the seminars will include issues such as a business strategy for promoting artists, the usage of digital means as a means of creation or archive, the creation of an online portfolio/ website available to a wide audience, marketing the arts, how to benefit from EU and international funds/grants etc.
The topic will follow the design concluded in the second result. Each participant group in all 3 countries will share reports and questionnaires before and after the completion of a session to record the project’s impact efficiently.
