Building Talent

Young artists (18-30)

The Building Talent project aims to reinforce artists, as the most significant actors in the Cultural & Creative Sectors, into increasing their economic potential and competitiveness by developing skills and creating connections to already experienced actors in the field.

Among the direct target group, the participation of young artists from marginalized groups or facing social and economic difficulties will be encouraged and favored.

The partnership supports the participants with custom-made seminars and workshops together with field experts, museum professionals, artists, and gallery employees.

The Building Talent project responds to the challenges faced by young artists following the pandemic and the steadily high unemployment rates in the EU.
