Announcement: Extension of the “Building Talent” Open Call for Trainees Deadline!

Good news for all emerging artists between the ages of 18 and 30 from Latvia, Belgium, and Greece! We are thrilled to announce that the deadline for the “Building Talent” open call for trainees has been extended. This gives you an additional opportunity to be a part of a transformative journey that aims to foster the professionalization of young artists, especially those from marginalized groups or facing social and economic challenges.

The “Building Talent” project is designed to support young artists’ professional development through workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on experiences. This initiative not only aids artists in honing their skills but also provides insights to field professionals about the needs of artists entering the creative industry.

What’s on Offer?

• A series of 5 workshops covering topics from self-entrepreneurship for artists to capitalizing on skills learned during training.
• 4 mentoring sessions per country (Belgium, Greece, Latvia) tailored to support emerging artists in their professional journey.
• An opportunity to interact with field experts, museum professionals, artists, and gallery employees.

Who Can Apply?

Emerging artists between 18 and 30 years old currently residing in Latvia, Belgium, or Greece. Your ambition, passion, and drive to grow professionally will be crucial factors during the application review.
